Watching the NFL in Wiesbaden: your Sunday

Looking for a place to watch the NFL in Wiesbaden? We are at Wilhelmstraße 38 in the city centre and open at 1:00 PM on Sundays. The early games kick off at 7:00 PM German time (1:00 PM ET), the late game at 10:05 or 10:25 PM.

We always show the late game to the final whistle — even when it runs past our regular 11:30 PM closing time. Sunday Night, Monday Night and Thursday Night Football start around 2:15 AM German time; we show those night games as announced Unlock Events.

Around the clock changes in autumn and spring, kickoffs shift by an hour for a week or two, because the US and Europe change on different dates. Exact times are in the Live Sport schedule.

NFL RedZone every Sunday

Yes, the real thing: NFL RedZone runs every Sunday of the regular season from the 7:00 PM kickoffs — every touchdown from every game, seven hours, no commercials.

Playoffs and the Super Bowl in Wiesbaden

The playoffs are when the NFL reaches a wider audience in Germany too — Wild Card Weekend, the Divisional Round, the Conference Championships. Most of these games fall on weekends, which fits our Saturday and Sunday opening hours.

The Super Bowl is a ticketed party at AAB, all night until the final whistle — halftime show and original US commercials included. Date, ticket price and details are announced each year under Events.

Unlock Events: selected nights, announced separately

Some NFL games and other sporting events start in the middle of the night in Germany. For selected dates, we may announce an Unlock Event and open outside regular hours when there is sufficient interest. Whether an event goes ahead and its conditions are always stated in the specific announcement.

Fan clubs and larger groups can also contact us early about a particular game. An enquiry is not itself an event confirmation; only broadcasts we explicitly confirm are scheduled. Current NFL games and other broadcasts are listed in our live sports schedule.

From Frankfurt, Mainz and the Rhine-Main area

A sports bar that actually shows the NFL is not on every corner in the Rhine-Main area. From Frankfurt you are here in about 30 minutes via the A66, from Mainz in about 20, and from Rüsselsheim, Hochheim or Taunusstein in under half an hour as well. The S-Bahn takes you to Wiesbaden main station; from there it is a 20-minute walk or a few stops by bus.
