What we cook

Our kitchen runs on American classics rather than a European interpretation of them. The AAB Signature Brisket Burger is built around slow-cooked beef brisket with BBQ sauce, pickles and coleslaw in a brioche bun. Alongside it you will find a classic cheeseburger with a 180g patty, a crispy chicken burger and a BBQ pulled turkey burger.

Beyond the burgers there are wings in three styles — crispy, Virginia BBQ and hot Buffalo — plus boneless baskets and buttermilk chicken fingers. Loaded fries come as a full portion with brisket, chili cheese or pulled turkey. For sharing, the BBQ spareribs run to roughly 500g with a smoky glaze.

Vegetarian and vegan guests are not an afterthought: there is a veggie patty, a fully vegan patty and veggie loaded fries. Every dish on the menu carries allergen labelling.

Beer brewed for the food

Four house beers pour from the tap — AAB Lager, Pils, Weizen and Vienna Lager — joined by craft specials including our AAB Pale Ale, the Drunken Sailor IPA and the Jackpot Hazy IPA. Up to three rotating guest taps cover seasonal releases.

If you cannot decide, the Beer Sampler brings four 0.1l glasses to the table so you can work through the range before committing to a pint. Pitchers are available for most of the line-up, which tends to suit larger tables.

Finding us

We are on Wilhelmstraße, the main boulevard in Wiesbaden city centre — about five minutes on foot from Luisenplatz and roughly three minutes from the Marktgarage car park. Bus stops Wilhelmstraße and Luisenplatz are directly outside; the main station is a 20-minute walk.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 5pm, Friday until 1am, Saturday from 1pm until 1am and Sunday from 1pm to 11:30pm. For events and busy nights we open earlier or stay open later — just ask.
