Halloween in Wiesbaden: a whole weekend at AAB

At AAB, Halloween is not a single night — it is a weekend. From Friday, October 30, we turn the entire venue on Wilhelmstraße into a haunted house and leave it that way until the big party on Saturday night. Our Halloween special drinks are on the menu from Friday as well.

Come in costume on Friday and you get 10% off. Friday is a regular bar night during our normal hours from 5:00 PM, with no entry fee and no reservation needed — an easy way to get into the Halloween spirit early.

Saturday, October 31: game day before the party

On Halloween Saturday we open at 1:00 PM with a full day of big sports events on every screen. The evening headliner is Borussia Dortmund vs FC Bayern Munich — Germany’s biggest league game, in a bar that is already fully dressed for Halloween. More on how we show football is on our football page.

Until 9:00 PM, Saturday runs like any other day. If you are coming for the game and want to stay for the party, book both ahead of time — the Halloween party is its own, separate part of the night.

From 9:00 PM: Halloween party with a live DJ — reservation only

At 9:00 PM we switch to invite only. To get in, reserve a spot and pay €5 in advance. Walk-ups pay €8 at the door while space lasts. The €5 is not really a cover charge: every guest gets a free Halloween shot worth exactly that amount.

Costumes are mandatory

Dressing up is required at the Halloween party. Vampire, zombie quarterback, witch, or something nobody can quite explain — as long as you are in costume. A Halloween party where half the room is in jeans is not a Halloween party, so we take this seriously.

Bonus: anyone in costume gets 10% off from Friday on, so the outfit pays off before the party even starts.

Live DJ, Halloween drinks and no closing time

From 9:00 PM a live DJ takes over with live music, and our Halloween drinks are only available this weekend. A proper Halloween night does not end at 1:00 AM, so the party runs open end.

Getting here from Clay Kaserne, Mainz and Frankfurt

You will find us at Wilhelmstraße 38 in downtown Wiesbaden. From Clay Kaserne and Hainerberg it is a short ride into the city center, from Mainz about 20 minutes, and from Frankfurt roughly 30 minutes via the A66.
